Maryoom has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, conduct, or attempt to solicit, produce, share, or promote CSAM — or to groom, exploit, or endanger a minor — is strictly prohibited, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Every member can report concerns directly in the app (use the Report option available on profiles, conversations, and the Help screen). Reports of child safety concerns are treated as the highest priority.

Maryoom complies with all applicable child safety laws. Where CSAM or a credible threat to a child is identified, we act to remove the content, preserve relevant evidence as required, terminate the responsible account, and report to the relevant regional and national authorities and recognized child-protection bodies (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and local law-enforcement authorities in the jurisdictions we operate in).

لدى مريوم عدم تسامح مطلق تجاه الاعتداء على الأطفال واستغلالهم جنسياً (CSAE) وتجاه مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM). يُمنع منعاً باتاً أي محتوى أو سلوك أو محاولة لطلب هذه المواد أو إنتاجها أو مشاركتها أو الترويج لها، أو لاستدراج قاصر أو استغلاله أو تعريضه للخطر، ويؤدّي ذلك فوراً إلى إنهاء الحساب والإبلاغ عنه للجهات المختصّة.
يمكن لكل عضو الإبلاغ عن المخاوف مباشرةً داخل التطبيق (استخدم خيار الإبلاغ المتاح على الملفات والمحادثات وشاشة المساعدة). تُعامَل بلاغات سلامة الأطفال بأعلى أولوية.

تلتزم مريوم بجميع قوانين حماية الأطفال السارية. وعند رصد مواد CSAM أو تهديد موثوق لطفل، نعمل على إزالة المحتوى وحفظ الأدلة اللازمة وإنهاء الحساب المسؤول والإبلاغ للجهات الإقليمية والوطنية المختصّة وهيئات حماية الطفل المعترف بها.
