Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Maryoom account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Maryoom and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By request

Email hello@maryoom.online from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your data, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, readiness and matching data, introductions and messages, meeting reflections, uploaded photos, any identity-verification images, notifications, and account record are permanently removed.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records only where required by law or for legitimate safety purposes (for example, records of a safety report). These are minimized and not used to contact you.

يمكنك حذف حسابك في مريوم وبياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا في أي وقت، بطريقتين:

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

  1. افتح مريوم وسجّل الدخول.
  2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات.
  3. اضغط حذف الحساب وأكّد.

تُحذف بياناتك وحسابك فورًا.

الطريقة الثانية — بالطلب

راسلنا من بريد حسابك على hello@maryoom.online بعنوان «حذف حسابي». نتحقّق من الطلب ونحذف بياناتك، عادةً خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

ملفك، وبيانات الجاهزية والتوافق، والتعارف والرسائل، وتأمّلات اللقاء، والصور المرفوعة، وأي صور توثيق للهوية، والإشعارات، وسجل الحساب — تُزال نهائيًا.

ما قد يُحتفظ به

قد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة فقط حين يقتضي القانون ذلك أو لأغراض أمان مشروعة (مثل سجل بلاغ أمان)، وهي مُقلّصة ولا تُستخدم للتواصل معك.
